The Amplified Influence Method "AIM' was developed out of my personal story, my studies and the experience of working with hundreds of individuals for the last 14 years in my business.

Growing up I struggled with low confidence. I was made fun for my funny looks - that included messy hair, braces and the thickest glasses on the planet. It was at the age of 15 that I discovered an amazing tool that helped me with my self-confidence: my image. It was as if once I put on my make-up and picked a great outfit, the confidence just oozed out and I was instantly more magnetic.

With time I learned that it was so much more than just a nice-coloured lipstick; there was a whole science behind what I experienced as a teenager. I had already experienced the profound impact that my appearance had on how I felt and operated in the world.

So I started learning all I could about first impressions and personal presence. Then I started to explore the world of non-verbal communication and body language as I realised they were the most important part of how we communicate.

Despite this great depth of knowledge I was searching for one more piece of the puzzle. There was still a big disconnect with myself. This led me to further my studies and find a way to amplify my self-image and to own who I am. All the pieces of the puzzle had finally come together and I now knew how to feel powerful from the inside out.

I stopped living my life from others and discovered my true passions and purpose. I now live in full alignment doing something I absolutely love. I am living a fully authentic life.

I was born in Colombia, South America, where my professional life saw many successes. It was in my native country that I commenced a successful career as an Engineer in the corporate sphere, which placed me in positions of leadership in both Colombia and Australia.

In my adoptive home country of Australia, I continued to push professional boundaries; in the male-dominated office of a Japanese multinational, a role was created for me – a first in a department where previously no female had held a management position.

Having spent years observing, supporting and influencing people’s career paths, I have long been fascinated by the power of self awareness and developing a strong presence. I love teaching others the way they can use their personal brand, self-leadership skills and presence to positively impact their results in life and business. I stepped away from the comfort of my corporate role to start my own business and it has been the most fascinating and challenging experience.

I am passionate about guiding individuals through the process of revealing for themselves their unique qualities and strengths, combining this with practical strategies for utilising these to communicate better and accelerate their professional advancement.
